Easy, secure, piece of cake for bike transport. Takes the hassle factor out of transporting bike(s) to the point of pleasure.

Solid rack, heavy but sign of great quality. One gripe is the pin to place in the hole to help keep it from bouncing up and down is held on by a cheap plastic pin. Rack is easy to load bikes and hit the road, yes you have to screw it in to the receiver(use a socket wrench) but it doesn't take that long to do. This rack is more convenient for the plus 2 add on for four bikes, where as other more expensive racks seemed to be a project to put together and more permanent. Great rack so far!

I am looking for a new bike rack for 4 bikes. A similar Thule or Yakama rack will cost me around $700. Quad 2+2 cost me about $450 so I decide to take a chance on this one. Another selling point of the Quad 2+2 is I can use it as 2 or converted it to 4 bikes. The box came in weighing 98 lbs, heavy. Solid build right out of the box. Instruction to put the rack together is terrible. I basically put the rack together by looking at the picture on the box. So far the rack works good.
