Although no instructions were included it was quite obvious how to install. My wife was thrilled with it. I became Internet hero of the day!

I really like this rack. Very easy to install, extremely well-made, and MADE IN AMERICA! The reason why I only gave it four stars, and said it's perfect for a buck is that it rattles, quite loudly actually. The dollar fix is a rubber washer from your local big box hardware, cut square to fit inside the tube between the rack and it's mount. I decided to go ahead and throw another rubber washer between the mounting bolt and the outside of the vertical bar and I was completely silent.

I chatted with 2 people on the chat feature on the site before ordering. Both assured me that the rack would extend out past my stock OEM rear-mounted spare tire on my Jeep Liberty. I was skeptical, but after speaking to the second customer service agent,I placed the order. Upon receipt of the rack, it was about 4 inches too short. I called Autoanything and was assured that this rack SHOULD fit. I was offered for the rack to be returned, but I bought an extender rather than returning it.
