Swagman Standard Roof Mount Bike Rack Reviews

Good bike rack

Reviewed By Thomas M (SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, PA) Reviewed for a 2004 Subaru Forester —3/21/2016 6:34 PM

Holds the bike nicely. Not too difficult to put onto the vehicle. I haven't had any wind noise or anything like that. Even though it doesn't lock, it would be easy to put a cable through one of the existing holes and lock onto the vehicle cross bar.

Surco Conversion Bar Reviews

Most Secure

Reviewed By Hal R. M (Medina, OH) Reviewed for a 2010 Subaru Outback —11/30/2011 5:47 AM

Had a Saris conversion bar, however after 2 1,000 mile trips the Saris bar sprung at the lock and on a short trip the bar opened and the bike dropped to the road. The Surco bar must have a bolt removed, however once installed you know your bike will stay on the rack. I did add lock washers at the wing nuts, should be provided from manufacture.

Schwinn Trunk Mount Bike Rack Reviews

Great piece of equipment for such an economical price

Reviewed By Derrall A (West Jordan, UT) Reviewed for a 2001 Honda Accord —3/23/2016 1:56 PM

I searched all over the internet before deciding on the Schwinn Trunk 3-Bike Rack. I was concerned that the rack would fit over the spoiler but there was no problem and easily carried 3 bicycles. I have used the rake mounted on a Honda Accord and a Toyota Avalon. No problems on either vehicle. The bikes are secure and the rack does not move or sway. Very happy.
