Softride Access Element Bike Rack Reviews

Nice rack

Reviewed By Kernell R (BEL AIR, MD) Reviewed for a 2009 Toyota Venza —7/26/2015 10:40 AM

I bought this rack to haul my family's mountain bikes. It installed quickly and worked flawlessly. I especially like that the arms supporting the bikes stay level regardless of whether the rack is fully up or dropped down to load my car's trunk. This feature also makes the rack great for working on the bikes when not transporting them. It cost a bit more than some more basic racks, but it is definitely worth it.

Softride Shuttle Pad Truck Tailgate Pad Reviews

Very happy with the pad.

Reviewed By Chad M (PHOENIX, AZ) Reviewed for a 2008 Toyota Tacoma —2/3/2015 8:03 AM

I use this pad for transporting mountain bikes with my Toyota Tacoma. I was initially looking at the Dakine pad, but opted for the Softride after reading some favorable reviews. This pad is pretty easy to install and fits perfectly on my truck. The material seems quite strong and there is enough padding to protect the tailgate from damage. I've transported 3 bikes with plenty of room for more. I think I could easily get five bikes on there. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

Softride Access Dura 4-Bike Rack Reviews

A great choice in bike racks

Reviewed By Frank F (Lafayette, IN) Reviewed for a 2014 Toyota RAV4 —9/23/2014 1:14 PM

Sturdy rack for 4 bikes and allows easy access to lift gate on RAV4. Rack is heavy, not a spontaneous install/ ride thing. Not for use with small frame bikes. Youth mountain bike barely fits. Have a 2" hitch so not using the 1.25" adapter. The adapter is inferior to the way Yakima's spacer adapter works and would add another 15lbs or so. Big + is all straps/locking cable included. Wish the rack arms could pivot down instead of being removable, but is OK trade off for the swing action.
