Great product

Very sturdy well built bike rack. Easy to assemble and install. Glad I spent a little more for this rack. Many cheap imitations out there.

Bike size information incorrect

Reviewed By Reuben M (GILROY, CA) Reviewed for a 2015 Honda CR-V —11/4/2015 3:25 PM

One of our bikes have a 27.5 inch tire. The front and rear arms are only adjustable to 26 inch bikes as labeled on the arms. I found a video that states not to use the plastic tire holder for 29 inch tires. If this is the case, I fail to understand how the arms will safely retain a bike in transit. Also, the mount bolts that bolt the tire hold onto the hitch rack are not locking bolts, they could easily be taken off and placed in a pickup. Please use your cable lock or you bike is not secure

Good alternative to swing racks

Reviewed By Gael J (SANTA CRUZ, CA) Reviewed for a 2005 Land Rover LR3 —11/4/2015 7:37 AM

I initially wanted to buy a swing rack from Thule or Yakima but the price is really high for these racks. I found this alternative that is also allowing to get access to the trunk. Issue is that when loaded with 4 bikes, it is quite heavy to pull the bikes up for road position. The level to unlock the rack and lower the bikes is also hard to pull. So usability is not perfect, but it is a good price/value object. It looks solid, installation was very easy.
