The T2 Rack is easy to assemble and easy to load bikes onto. I like the fold-down and fold-up features. The weight of the empty rack is acceptable, but the rack is a bit awkward to carry, even when in the upright position. It would be much more convenient if Thule would incorporate security into the rack rather than making consumers purchase the cylinder locks and the hitch lock separately. Overall, I would recommend the T2 rack to others.

I was really excited to receive my Thule Parkway Bike Rack so it was a HUGE disappointment to open the box and learn that all of the hardware was missing. I took another week to finally recieve the hardware. I used it for the 1st time this past weekend. Everything was easy to install except I don't like the bolt used to connect the rack to the hitch. There's already a pin that goes through the hitch to install the ball joint so it would be easier to put on and remove the rack if I could use that pin rather than having to screw and unscrew this big bolt each time I use the rack. Everything else was good to go.

Received the rack the next day, in perfect condition. Thanx Autoanything.The rack fit perfectly into the hitch on our Subaru Outback. Installation was a snap. The rack is sturdy, holds four bikes with no problem. Tilt down works great for opening the liftgate.Our only issue... and not a big one, was we expected a pin to hold the rack into the hitch, but there is a threaded bolt. The bolt keeps the rack from rattling when driving, but it makes removal more difficult (for car wash). Also we couldn't;t use the locking hitch pin we bought. We will have to buy the Thule one.Overall, we are very pleased with our Thule Roadway rack.

We were looking for a bike rack that would hold mine and the kids bikes. The challenge was trying to find a rack that would go over my spare tire with ease. The pictures represent this product exactly. Once attached, the bikes are easy to install and are held very securely. Husband is gone alot with work....so is was very important for us that I could do this "all by myself"! Folks at the bike shop, the sport chains, and the dealership (Suzuki Vitara) said that a rack like this did not exist. SOOO happy to finally be able to carry the bikes properly and with such ease! I'm very happy with my Thule bike rack. It's convenient and easy to put the bikes on the rack. I like the lower part and not having to lift up the bikes so high.
