Just as your sales staff said my thule raceway bike rack fit my car perfectly easy to setup best bike rack ever had well made. Protects the car and folds up so no one walks into it.

This is a recent purchase. I've used the rack twice, once on the Florida turnpike at high speed. The rack is easy to install and seems quite sturdy on my Acura TL. I was concerned that it might scratch the paint but it did not. My bike was very secure on the rack, using just one bungee cord along with it as a precaution. I also purchased the adapter since mine is a girl's bike and it worked great. No complaints. I recommend this rack. I looked at others available at local bike shops, more complicated, more expensive, and they were not reviewed as well. I have not tried it with 2 bikes yet, so cannot comment on that.

I drive a new car, and I was concerned about the rack scratching my car. NADA! No scratches and the the bike rides better than ever!

The carrier did its job perfectly. The first Installation took a little time, but after that it's really simple to put on and take off. I broke one of the bike straps pulling too hard on it thinking it needed to be cinched down as tight as possible. Lesson learned. That's the only criticism I have of this product. The bike straps do what they're supposed to, but if you pull too hard they will break.Overall I am quite happy with my carrier. It got our bikes to the lake and back for our first outing and the kids loved having them there.

I just purchased a new car and was very concerned that a trunk mounted bike rack could scratch the paint. I did a little research and selected the Yakima King Joe. When it arrived I was a little dismayed at assembly required. To my suprise, the unit assembled very simply and mounting it is quick. Its design make it almost impossible to scratch the paint.
