"This grille is very well made, easy to install and it looks great. I put this on my razor red with gold trim 2009 Lariat Supercrew with the chrome package and this simple addition really makes the truck stand out with a custom look. If you like to have a good looking truck, like I do, this will do more for your money than about any other alteration."

"The look on it is great, had a bit of trouble with the instruction because the picutres were soo small, and the description wasnt too clear on them either. it took longer to install than expected. Other than great it worked out pretty well."

"I love the look of the grill. Installation was not fun at all. I had to go and buy 1 inch bolts with nuts a washers for the top mounts. the install seemed pretty sprung/tight when I finally got around to screwing the grill to the mounting brackets. I wish the top mounting brackets were a little longer - to stick out further - then I think the grill could possibly mount flush. I did email the company and they replied and said that the kit should have some with bolts that were the right length. They also said that the grill should not mount and appear flush. I think it could be possible. I do recommend this for a 2005 Maxima. I have yet to see a factory grill that is not peeling. this grill looks AWESOME!"

"The Billet Grill for my Frontier comes in 3 pieces so it was even easier to install, it took me 20 minutes to install. I have checked it several times since installation and it is Rock Solid, truck looks GREAT !!! Highly recommmend this application if you are looking for some personality for your truck ! "The Carriage Works Billet Grill in my opinion is good, but not great. The picture of the grill looked like it either had more bars or thicker bars, but when I installed it on my SUV it looked a bit different because of the wide spacing and flat bars. Everything behind the grill is visible because of this. The installation of the grill wasn't detail enough, now I have the grill installed but I'm not sure if it's right. Between the clips and the mounting brackets it is not clear on how to bind these to the grill and I was missing one screw. I rate this product as "Good" because they offered black which meant I didn't have to paint the grill myself. Other companies do offer a chrome or stainless grill for half the price but not black. I guess overall I'm happy with the purchase because it looks better than the stock grill it replaced."

"I could not be more pleased with this product. I added the Carriage Works Billet Grille to my Ranger shortly after jacking it up and it really set it off. Installation was a little tricky because I had to add a couple washers to the top bracket to get it flush with the stock shell, but other than that I have no complaints. Directions were some of the best I have ever seen with after-market parts. I would recommend to anyone."

"I have been searching for a billet grill for a while and have really only found the overlays that keep the original grill intact and/or keep the GMC logo. So when I found this one, I jumped on it. The install was okay, but could get a little hairy if you have not done 100+ of these like I have. There is just a lot to take off to get the grill out (no fault to Carriage Works but rather GM idioengineering) and the shell becomes flimsy and hard to handle when you cut out the center. But once you get the hang of it, the install becomes fairly simple. My only complaint is that I wish there were more bars on the grill like the old Trenz grilles. But other than that, it makes the truck really stand out! Heck, only 2 days after installing it, I had a guy ask if I could install one for him!!!"
