"GOT THIS GRILLE FOR MY 02 TAHOE. IT LOOKS GREAT AND WAS SIMPLE TO INSTALL. GREAT LOOK AT A GREAT PRICE. MUCH BETTER THAT THE CHEAP PLASTIC INSERTS OR GRILL COVERS THE COMPETITORS SELL!!"

"Love the grille, looks amazing. But the intallation instructions are difficult to understand. A few extra drilled holes and one busted screw head later I figured it all out. I definately recommend this grille just take extra caution when measuring out the holes to drill that secure the bottom of the grille to the grille shell."

"I am very happy with the product have recevied many compliments on the apperence of the grill installed on my 2005 altima. I paid a local body shop $ 50.00 to install it , took about 30 minutes. I hightly reccomend it to dress up the front end of any altima harold"

"ordered carriage works billet grille and received it very quickly, install instuctions were pretty vague, none of the parts were marked,(ie: left/ right, top/middle/ bottom) and you could possibly install them upside down as well. but once that puzzle was fiquered out, install was easy. The finish is great,and the fit is good. Alot of dryed gray paste on parts that I had to clean off. Adds alot more chrome to these already big chrome grilles."

"Follow the instuctinons and you will have no problem. just be carefull with your tools i have a few micro sctches because i touched it with a wrench or screw but i love this grill and very satisfied"

"I dunno what some of these other guys are talking about. The product arrived very fast and was delivered in excellent condition. It fit perfect without having any rough edges or spurs, It was clean enough to mount without having to be polished. The only problem that I had was on one of the screws the threading was messed up and they only send you the exact amount you need. And you can't find a black machine screw anywhere around here. So I had to buy a stainless one and paint it a flat black. I guess I could of called them and they could of sent me one but, I didn't feel like waiting and you can't tell at all anyway. Overall great product and I get lots of compliments."

"I purchased both the main grill and the bumper grill and allowed myself an hour or more for installation but instead needed only 30 minutes to completely install both! Very easy installation! Although you CAN see the honeycomb grill behind the Billet Grille it's a very minor distraction and from many angles can't be seen at all. They really 'dress up' the pickup and give it a cleaner, meaner look. Delivery was prompt and I couldn't be happier with the grills."

"Nice high quality grill. I was not disappointed with the grill or the delivery. I had normal shipping and literally received my grill 21 hours after I ordered it. I'm very pleased with it and the only complaint that I have is the instruction sheet. The instructions could be written a little more in detail. For example: the instructions tell you to cut off a few plastic attachments and sand smooth. The instructions fail to mention which ones exactly. If the instructions were to explain for you to set the grill inserts within the grill body first; you are able to identify which ones that need to be removed. I didn't want to make any mistakes so it took a little longer. Approximately 90 minutes. Don't let this negative comment affect your decision. I'm very pleased with the grill and it gave me the individual look that I wanted."

Carriage works billet grille

"I received the billet grill for my 2008 GMC very quickly after my online order. It looks great on my truck as opposed to the ugly standard grill with the big red "GMC" stuck in the middle. I would advise not following the directions for installation however. Taking the entire grill frame out after disconnecting the upper bumper trim etc.etc.is not only none productive but NOT necessary. I just left the grill in place and used a "Kobalt" flat blade handsaw to remove the center and then a Dremmel tool to sand the rough edges down. After doing so the grill bolted easily into place with the provided hardware. The total installation time was cut in half by using this technique and it looks professionally done!"

"The Carriage Works grill was delivered on time and with no problems. The grill looks great and was fairly easy to install. The instructions for trimming the existing grill could provide a better description of how to do it. I am fortunate to have the tools necessary to trim the grill frame, but his could be a challenge for most people."

"The instructions to me were missing a couple small details. The pictures they use could be a little bigger to show you exactly where they are cutting. I took my time, and it came out looking great, I love the grill. I like how it has no gaps around the edges. It took me a little longer than what it says it takes, but I am very particular about my truck, plus I enjoy doing this type of thing. Highly recommend this grill."

"This was definitely a great buy for my navigator, love the appearance and its now different than all the other navigators you see on the road. It looks almost factor with the chrome grill surround that comes factory. I would like to think that im rather mechanically able, but this took me about 3hrs to put in. I had to cut out stock grille, then dremel down the old grill slots to make the most flush appearance and then putting in the self taping screws into the metal pillars that are on the grill. i would recommend drilling slightly larger holes than recommended to make it easier to screw through the plastic grill surround and just have to screw into the metal. Drilling holes on the bottom was difficult becasue of the way the surround is shaped. It makes for a little cutting of factory grille surround to put it in. IT was definitely worth the time though, much of an improvement. But if i ever buy a grille for another car ill prob have someone install it for me if its going to be as hard to install as it was on the navi."
