"fed-ex delivered two days after order (great) the install was complicated....website has instruction that i viewed prior to order so i knew that it required cutting existing plastic grill shell....the "template" provided for the cut would not curve to the shape of the grill and ended up being a guess....the grill and mounting brackets have oversized elongated slots for adjustability but the provided pan head screws barely had any contact so i added washers....inventory shows (4) 5/8" screws and (4) 1" screws but the install only mentions 5/8" in all locations....either the brackets are too short or the provided U-clips are too short so needed to be improvised....the top and bottom grill bars are flush with the shell in front but with the curved shell shape has a 1/4" gap in back....i added filled this seam with black silicone sealer from the back to reduce rattle and provide some extra strenght....my black chrome grill look GREAT in my dark grey shell....(show grade)...."

"The quality of the product is awesome. It was exactly what I was looking for at a great price. However be prepared to struggle with the installation. I am very handy and have lots of tools at my disposal, but the way the clips need to go on can be a pain in the a##. I tried it 3 different ways before it snapped into place. I recommend hand tightening every bolt and placing the grill before tightening anything. It will save you hours!"

"I really like my grille the installation was very easy took about 30 min. The quality was great not some cheap stuff that'll bend easy. The only part that i didnt like about the grille was that when your up close the grille looks great but from a distance it looks like i dont even have a grille on. you can see straight through it. but over all for price and everything it was a good purchase and ill be back for that matching lower grille."

"Great looking grills and high quality. If your an expert then installing the grills so be fairly easy. I took one look at the instructions and decided to have my performance shop do it. I was having a Flowmaster put on and have the rear end dropped to be level with the front anyway. It took 2 guys over an hour due to all the drilling and trying to get it on centered. Once they got it on it looks great! The bumper grill is a simple bolt over, but hey I was paying anyway so I let them do it. I was impressed with the fast shipping and good communication. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from these guys again."

"Overall good product for the money. Packaging did not protect the ends of the grille. The bars arrived sligtly bent and needed to be straightened, which is fairly simple. I am very particular, so it takes near perfection to get top marks from me."

"As another reviewer wrote...you can see right through the grille. The Billet bars are much thinner than most grilles I have seen. As the only black grille offered, I am ordering a Ford Logo to install on the grille so it isn't so noticable. I am happy because it isn't a bolt on. Be careful removing old and installing new grille because alot of original ford parts are plastic and can break. All of the new grille parts are metal and strong. Read the instructions several times and walk yourself through them step by step before starting. I am pleased because my truck is blacked out. I am getting the bumper grille next."

"The grille was just what I was looking for. I had previously ordered a grille and the website picture indicated that my toyota emblem would be visible. When the grille arrived, there was no room for my emblem. Upon calling the company, they informed me to use double sided tape. That was not acceptable to me, I returned that grille and ordered from Carriage Works. This grille was everything I expected."

"I purchased all three components of the grille package. All arrived in excellent condition. Installation was straight forward --- the hood trim piece took about 10 minutes, the bumper sections maybe 30 minutes and the grill from start to finish about an hour. Appearance is excellent. I would highly recommend this package."

"The main billet grill replacement and the 3 bumper inserts were as I expected...and came in relatively good shape except they were bent up. It took very little effort to straighten them out...so no sweat there. I am slightly worried on how easily they will bend during their first car wash...but I'll just have to keep that in mind. The top grill piece...that goes in the place where the black rock guard goes...that came in bad shape. The grill is on a piece of sheet metal...aluminum I think. The background to the grill is painted glossy black...and it appears there was large clumps of dirt or debris on that part when they painted...so it looks awful. I think there is very little QA with CW grills. Anyway, have elected to just keep it and sand it down and refinish, as this will surely take me much less time than sending it back in. Overall, I was also surprised to find the grills very reminiscent of a BBQ grill... Overall, I'm pleased with the look, but i'm dumbfounded as to why we have to cut out the center grill to get this to install. It appears to me that piece could be disassembled and removed for a properly fab'd piece."

"The product looks great, once you can figure out how the thing inserts. All was smooth until the wrench need was not a common allen wrench but one that I had to fabricate to fit in between the billets. I would have assumed if it required a special tool...one would have been provided. Overall, when the product was fully installed it did turn out pretty nice looking."

"We repaired a minor fender bender and got our customer your billet grille cheaper than the stock OEM version. Our customer, a working college student, volunteered that she 'loved' it.....an all around good result. The only downside: it was a bit much to install. Overall, a good value. Quality Bodyworks OKC"
