"The Carrage Works Grille is a quality product. Fit and finish was perfect and intallation was easy. I recommend removing the plastic cover thats over the grille and radiator to access the fasteners from behind so you can hold the toggle bolts in line horizontaly. I like how Carrage works will bend a contour around the grilles center "Bow Tie". It was a nice touch. Other grille makers dont do that. Compair and see. The only think I would recommend them to do is to offer stainless steel hardware fasteners with the grill for rust protection. This is a must buy to make your truck realy stand out from the others."

"This grille looks very good and I get compliments on it all the time. The only issue is installation. When you are lining up the grille it is very difficult to reach the holes to scribe a mark for drilling the anchor holes. Also the nylock nuts that come with the grille are a joke. They are very hard to thread through the plactic locking part of the nut. It is very easy to strip the allen head on the bolt. I would suggest buying some nylock nuts at a hardware store. It is also very hard to reach the allen head through the grille to tighten it up. You will need a short allen wrench. It is a good quality piece and looks great once you get it on though."

"When it said replacement grille, i thought it would come with the whole assembly, grille shell and grille, but it only came with the grille, really that was my only complaint, the fit was great, the grille itself is beautiful, and the installation is a breeze"

"This is the full replacement grille, not an insert. I like it, looks great, better than an insert. Installation was ok but a bit cumbersome. Steps 17 and 18 don't really work because if you install the two fasteners "finger tight" and then go to step 18 and put the grille on it covers those two fasteners and you can not tighten them like it says to do in step 21. I talked to Carriage Works about this and they agreed that it would not work and they were going to relook at there instrustions. Also, I had to leave my hood bumper stops that are mounted to the bumper loose because they don't have enough adjustment in them to push back and retighten - and they were a bear to try to bend back even on a vise. Alignment of the assembled grille was not too bad. As noted, it takes an hour and half to install. Would I do it again, yes. Looks great."

"Instructions for installation were horrible. The plastic XL grill was not covered at all. Overall the grill INSERT looks very nice. It is not the entire grill...it is an insert."
