A billet grille is only as good as the materials that go into its construction. With this creed in mind, Lund created their Original Bar Billet Grille. They start with premium T-6061 aircraft aluminum billet, and then sculpt with cutting-edge equipment. You're left with a custom-fitting grille with 30-40% more bars than competitors. Not stopping there, Lund then uses a 3-step powder coating process for enhanced chip resistance.

Best of all, Lund applies exacting production standards for the Original Bar Billet Grille. Each bar is precisely gapped to .35", and the complete lack of visible welds gives your billet grille a seamless, clean finish. Backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

Notes

  • While Lund Billet Grilles are designed to bolt-over your existing stock grille, some applications require drilling and/or cutting during the installation.

"When I think lund or trenz, i think nice thick full billet grill. this grill heavyweight, but looks a little cheesy compared to full billet. I would not order this grill again."

"I originally bought a "Denali" style billet grill for more than twice the money of the Lund bar billet grill. I replaced it with the Lund and absolutely love it! It makes my truck look alot cleaner and meaner. Not to mention, now I can change up the front end from time to time by changing out the grills. Lightning fast service as usual from AutoAnything. "The Lund Billet Grille Looks 1000 % better than the original. The installation was tricky and the instructions were good but could of been a little better. Over all this replacement is a FAR better look than any bolt over model. The Look is Great though. Nice Product !"

"The Lund grill looks very good, a big improvement over the factory grill on my '02 Silverado. This was the insert replacement grill, not the bolt over. It can be a real pain if you don't have the proper tools, meaning a low profile 90 degree drill and a low profile rivet gun. Note: Use a Dremel tool with a cut off wheel to remove the original grill from the grill shell. The instructions say you can use a hack saw but this method would be tough without messing up the grill shell."

"The grill looks great, the only problem with it is I didn't have a honycomb style from the factory. The instructions were vage but fairly simple to modify. Once I found a way to attach it, it went really fast. That was the exact look I wanted to achieve."
