If you're rolling in a newer model truck, why cramp your style with the restrictive norms of OE manufacturing? You demand power, versatility and a custom look behind the wheel—all things that make driving your rig a worthwhile experience. So, separate yourself from the standard set of truck owners out there and level up with the Smittybilt M1 Wire Mesh Grille.
Built from marine-grade 304 stainless steel and coated in a satin black powder finish, the Smittybilt M1 maintains a bold and brazen design that equips you with next generation front end styling. It's touched off with chrome lugs that are installed around the outer ring of the grille, while sporting seamless robotic welds.
This mesh grille is easy to install but requires slight modifications to your OE grille shell for a flush fit. What's more, your Smittybilt M1 Wire Mesh Grille is backed by a 5-year finish warranty.

This grille looks amazing and for the price on here you can't beat it. However, that being said it is quite difficult to install (thus 3 stars) and require the help of at least one other person. The instructions are very vague but all you really have to do is cut the old grille out then loosely install the brackets on the grille and put it into place with help from one or two people pushing it tight into place so you can mark where to drill and then you install it but it will take a couple hours

Nice grille. No clear instructions. You have to take off the grille, take the shell off the grille, then cut out the middle where the new grille will go. Screw the new grille to the old plastics. Put on the shell, and last the 2 triangle ends to hold the shell in place.

Pros: Looks great, heavy duty, quality workmanship Cons: Instructions were unclear and not very helpful. They could have made more effort in providing more detailed pictures and instructions. Also, this was pretty difficult to install. I am a handy person and I had quite a bit of difficulty installing it myself but it turned out great. The instructions and difficulty of install are the only reason I am giving this 4 instead of 5.

You will enjoy this grill, but will hate the install. It requires that you cut the whole center section out of the grill and then drills holes in it to mount up, about a 2 hour install.

The product came with everything needed. The fit was tight. The installation was professional looking even though it was done by myself. The only problem was buying it required faith that the salesman knew what he was talking about. He sure did. All the questions not answered by the manufacturer were answered by AutoAnything.
