The chrome tail gate bow tie was the missing piece. With a chrome bumper and accents the gold factory bow tie didn't fit the theme. The chrome replacement set the rear view off perfectly.

The bowties look great on my truck in place of the gold factory ones. They are very high quality, solid metal. A bit pricey but they definitely look really good once you get them on. Front bowtie is a bit harder to get to, but not too bad. Be careful not to scratch your paint when you pop off the back emblem.

I purchased the front and rear bowties for my chevy Avalanche, the install for the front was very easy and I was satisfied with the appearance and overall look. The rear bowtie was easy also but it was just hard to believe that it is basically a stick on with a strong adhesive attached to the back of the bowtie. It was hard to get all of the existing adhesive off to apply the new bowtie. Once off it looks good on the truck.
