I purchased the front and rear bowties for my chevy Avalanche, the install for the front was very easy and I was satisfied with the appearance and overall look. The rear bowtie was easy also but it was just hard to believe that it is basically a stick on with a strong adhesive attached to the back of the bowtie. It was hard to get all of the existing adhesive off to apply the new bowtie. Once off it looks good on the truck.

Front Bowtie met expectation for quality of chrome plating and overall fit and installation. Rear Bowtie chrome finish and overall quality were fair to poor with flaws in the plating, and rough waterjet end finish. Overpriced for both pieces. Be ready to take your time, and have special tools to remove rear factory emblem with no damage.....very difficult.

I replaced the Chevy bowtie because the original was defective and the gold was peeling off. I decided to buy a replacement and I went with chrome but I did not expect to pay as much as I did . Since I went with the chrome, I should replace the tailgate bowtie to match but it is too expensive. I think $25 is more than enough for a vehicle emplem. Shipping time was great!
