"Much better looking than oem chevy bowtie. Easy to install if you remove plastic engine compartment cover first. Original bowtie just pressure clips to grill - no bolts or keepers. This is expensive but looks good." —Al M from Phoenix, AZ bought an AMI Grille Emblem for a 2010 Chevy Silverado, 1500.
"The chrome tail gate bow tie was the missing piece. With a chrome bumper and accents the gold factory bow tie didn't fit the theme. The chrome replacement set the rear view off perfectly." —Troy F from La Plata, MD bought a Street Scene Billet Chevy Bowties for a 2010 Chevy Silverado, 1500.
"The emblem is easy to put in, great quality. Do not over tighten or will show on outside of emblem." —Raymond C from Mechanicsville , MD bought a Street Scene Billet Chevy Bowties for a 2010 Chevy Silverado, 1500.
"The rear emblem was fine, just peel and stick. Hardest part was getting it centered so pretty much an easy install. The front emblem was a different story. The emblem comes with two tapped (threaded) holes and two studs. Problem is the manufacturer did a rotten job tapping the holes so the studs will not screw in easily at all. You have to be extremeley careful so as not to cross-thread the holes or strip them out. I used a bolt with the same thread pattern to establish the threads better before installing the studs. This worked well." —John T from Baton Rouge, LA bought an AMI Grille Emblem for a 2010 Chevy Silverado.
"I got the polished emblems for my Silverado because the gold ones did not seem to fit the truck after some inserts and other things I put on it. Installation was very easy on the front emblem, but the tailgate emblem comes with very limited 3M tape on it. I tried using the tape that came on the emblem but it kept falling off, so I put some silicone with it and now it shouldn't go anywhere!" —Sam B from Waukesha, WI bought an AMI Grille Emblem for a 2010 Chevy Silverado, 1500.
"For the money & quality you can't go wrong. The front was super easy to install. There rear, and no fault to AMI was a pain, having to heat up the existing bow-tie and then pull it off carefully without damaging the paint. Only complaint with the rear emblem, and the reason for 4 not 5 stars, is that they put 4 sticky strips on (1 on each edge)instead of having an entire (thin) adhesive strip that covers the whole emblem, this caused a gap. Pull those off and use the existing and you're good." —Eric Q from El Mirage, AZ bought an AMI Grille Emblem for a 2010 Chevy Silverado, 1500.
