This is an extremely well made grill. It takes less than 5 minutes to pop out the old shell and install the Street Scene Grill. Quality and fit is very high.

This is the T-Rex set for the Chrysler Crossfire consisting of the upper and two lower grills. The upper is a replacement and the two lower bolt over the existing plastic grills. It takes less than a minute to remove the existing grills with instruction supplied by T-REX. The upper slides into the existing clips and bolts in with two of the original bolts. The two lower grills simply bolt onto the existing grills which are then snapped back into place. These are well made grills and the workmanship is first rate. They cost considerably more than some competitive products but the appearance and ease of installation are to me well worth it. I'm quite satisfied.

Would rate this as moderate in terms of whether a typical do-it-yourselfer would be able to do it, and do it right. Cutting the old grill out requires a meticulous hand saw or in my case I used a circular saw and was very careful. Also of your existing grill is old the stock clips may break or fall out making it hard to resecure the grill once you've put it in place. I used zip ties and then reordered the clips to put in place here in a few days. The look turned out awesome for me.
