Grill Appearance

Reviewed By Robert A (Weston, FL) Reviewed for a 2008 GMC Envoy —6/20/2012 6:46 AM

The fit could be a little better, needs more of an arc from the center to the ends to fit really well. the overall look is good but to line it up right I had to drill holes in the original grillto mount the hardware. I think the original grill should be painted black for a better appearance. Overall I am pleased with the grill.

This Putco inferno Grille could have been one gauge thicker using stainless steel. You also need more instructions on how to remove existing grille on automobile makes grille I purchased easier to install. I had to figure out how to remove my grille. When you select your model car this would trigger thru the use of software the use of proper installation or more detailed instructions.

Denali Look

Reviewed By Kristofer K (Boston, MA) Reviewed for a 2005 GMC Envoy —2/8/2008 6:22 AM

The grill looks great and was easy to install. Once you learn how to detach the stock grill by popping the clips holding it in place. Start from one side of the stock grill releasing he clips then pull up from the bottom to release the two bottom attachments. I just used the clips that came with the new grill to hold it in place. I didn't need to use the screws that came with the new grill.
