I love the look of the grill. Installation was not fun at all. I had to go and buy 1 inch bolts with nuts a washers for the top mounts. the install seemed pretty sprung/tight when I finally got around to screwing the grill to the mounting brackets. I wish the top mounting brackets were a little longer - to stick out further - then I think the grill could possibly mount flush. I did email the company and they replied and said that the kit should have some with bolts that were the right length. They also said that the grill should not mount and appear flush. I think it could be possible. I do recommend this for a 2005 Maxima. I have yet to see a factory grill that is not peeling. this grill looks AWESOME!

Grille looks great but the hardware to replace the fatory brackets doesn't quit line up as well and took some manuvering several times to try to get it in place. Over 2 hours to install mostly spent removing assembly and trying again to get everything to line up. Directions say not to tighten up bolts until grille is in place but that leaves 2 bolts on the bracket assembly covered by the grille that you can not tighten later as directed. Otherwise really nice looking grille.
