Putco Billet Grilles Reviews

My truck is a 1998 Light Duty Ford F250 (Same body as F150).I purchased this truck new, and have always kept it in "like new" condition. I thought it needed some sprucing up, however, so I recently put on the Undecover hard tonneau top,Chrome mirror covers, and now, the "show piece" the Putco Punch Grille. It was easy to install, it looks great and catches a lot of attention.Don W.

Putco grill fit perfect. I was thinking it would stick out past the front of the hood and bumper as it fits over your original grill. I took the Ford logo off and the grill conformed to the arch of my grill perfect. I did shorten the bolts but better to shorten than to lengthen. Very pleased with all the merchandise I have ordered from auto anything.

Very nice grill, really improved look on my truck. It could use more "chrome" like appearance though. I painted my orig gold grill to make it really stand out. I recommend this grill to anyone. I also ordered the bumper grill & it has only 3 horizontal bars, Putco could have fit one or two more bars for it to really match upper grill. It looks like the two are of different style.

Install kit came with 4, polished aluminum plates that hold the new grille on, from the back side of the stock grill. From the instructions it was not very clear as to how this was to be done, so I called Putco and they explained it. However, two of the plates still would not span the required distance to hold the back of the grill in place. After grinding the holes in two of the plates and extra 1/4 inch the grill installed in minutes.Looks GREAT.

I GOT BOTH THE REGULAR GRILLE AND THE BUMPER GRILLE INSTALLATION WAS A BREEZE ON BOTHE OF THEM AND THEY MAKE MY '05 F-150 LOOK JUST A LITTLE MEANER THAN BEFORE WHICH IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR
