Cowl Question?
Is the Street scene smooth wiper cowl vented for the intake of the heater and AC? 1997 Chevrolet c/3500?

Hello. The wiper cowl is not vented for the heater A/C system. There haven't been any customer concerns about that particular design, though.

Paint or not needed?
If the Street Scene Smooth Wiper Cowl comes "ready to paint". What color is it out of the box? Do I have to paint it?

Hello. It's usually black or white, in an off-base. Most "ready to paint" kits or tonneaus come in black. And no it does not have to painted. It wouldn't look very nice though since the paint won't be shiny or glossed. It would look like an eggshell.
