These jr west coast type mirrors are identical to ones i am replacing Old ones are over 10yrs old Never any problem except all hardware should have been stainless. Mirror housing still shines bright. You must drill 4 holes for mounting.I used stainless bolts acorn nuts and washers They are well made .A good product Great price Keep waxed or clear coat .

I was able to install the mirror on the side of the door but as yet have not truly attempted to make the power connection because of difficulty reaching the connector. The mirror seems to be well made and perfect match (but for color) and I am working it manually. I don't drive very much and live in Manhattan. I intend to buy the "chrome" covers for both mirrors rather than investing in paint. If anyone has details on removing the door panel that would be nice.
