no hardware, had to sand off paint to make them fit, not overly impressed for the money

I had to file down the tabs on the sides to make them fit into the caliper correctly; I didn't have to do this on my first set. These pads work amazingly well with stock rotors. I'd buy these over all other pads (especially auto part store brands) if you are someone who is regularly breaking heavy or if you are looking to just be safer by reducing your stopping distance in general.
