Check out this recent Power Slot Slotted Rotors customer review: Eric M from Kansas City, MO says "I was never happy with the braking capacity of the Ford Excursion that I purchased last year. The OEM rotors and brakes were not up to the task. At 40k the rotors had already been turned once and they experienced a lot of fade when stopping even without pulling a load. These brake rotors when paired with the Hawk LTS pads are fantastic. I do not have the concern that I would run over some kid who darted out in the middle of the street like I used to with the poor factory equipment. The key as has been stated in other reviews is to follow the instructions to "bed" the pads into the rotors. Bottom line this is a great product and I am sure you will be happy with the purchase."
