How To Install Stainless Steel Brake Lines

Anytime you’re doing a brake job, it’s recommended that you swap out more than the brake pads. Often times the rotors need replacing, or at least resurfacing, and other components can show wear and tear, too. And though brake lines rarely need replacement during routine maintenance, upgrading to a set of stainless steel brake lines is highly recommended. After all, you’re down there anyway. And, though you may think a brake line is a brake line is a brake line, nothing adds a serious dose of pedal punch like a set of performance brake lines.

When upgrading your brakes with some pedal performance, skimping on the brake lines is the last thing you want to do. You’ve already spent your hard-earned dollars on performance brake rotors and pads, maybe even aftermarket calipers, and a set of stainless steel brake lines is just the ticket to taking your pedal prowess over the top. And, if you have a lifted truck or four wheeler, a set of performance lift kit brake lines is an absolute must.

Performance brake lines from AutoAnything should be on your list any time you decide to perform a brake line replacement project. A world away from factory brake lines, high-performance steel-braided brake lines are crafted with a flexible Teflon inner liner that’s wrapped with a super-tough stainless steel braided sheath. This construction delivers the flexibility that any brake line needs, yet they never yield to pressure-caused expansion under hard braking. That means the connection between your pedal and pad can always be counted on.

Here at AutoAnything, we’re proud to offer our complete lineup of performance and lifted truck brake lines. We boast a huge range of brake lines for cars, trucks, vans and SUVs. That includes Ford Ranger brake lines, F150 stainless brake lines and Ford truck brakes lines for every F-Series in between. And that’s just a sampling of the collection. We feature brake lines for Chevy, Dodge and GMC trucks, too, plus all the major brand import cars and trucks. When you get your brake lines from AutoAnything, you know you’re getting the lowest prices on or off the net, and that already low price is backed by our 1-year lower price guarantee. So, for all your brake line needs, hit the brakes and stop by AutoAnything.

Brake Lines Reviews
Check out this recent Goodridge G-Stop Brake Lines customer review: Arthur R A from Huntsville, AL says "The Goodridge G-stop Brake Lines are reasonably straightforward to install. You'll need flair nut wenches (probably metric, but double-check before you buy), typical brake bleeding equipment, and a patient friend to operate the brake pedal. The lines themselves are first rate in appearance and quality and install easily. All ancilary parts are provided with the brake line kit, but the U-shaped keepers that hold the brake lines in place at the mounting points with the auto's hard lines are of poor quality. You may find that the original U-shaped keepers are better - I did."
