"When I first installed these rotors, I was a little disappointed that I didn't notice a huge improvement in my braking. However, the more that I've driven them, in some tough conditions, I've come to appreciate the dependable - and consistent braking from these rotors. I pull a 32ft travel trailer all year long and these brakes out-performed the old rotors in all aspects. I could never go back. I am running the rotors with the Hawk SD pads and get a bit of squeak in slow-speed situations which is a little annoying."

"I installed these rotors on my 2005 Honda Pilot EXL front brakes. At the same time, I replaced the pads with Honda pads although they were only half worn. The Pilot has been plagued with warped rotors since new. I had to google for how to break-in these rotors because they did not come with instructions. So far, good straight braking with no brake pedal vibration."

"The look of the rotors are great. I can't give a review of the product as of yet. I will have update of how these rotors performed in about a year or so. My factory rotors started to warped about a year after each installations. I replaced oem rotors two times before I decided to go with after market. We'll see....."

"I do a lot of driving and my cheap OEM rotor warp quite easily especially during winter time descending from the mountain to the valley. Decided to change to Power Slot Cryo and boy was I happy with the purchase even though the rotor was on the expensive side. The stopping is so much smoother and if I am not mistaken it stop faster. Well worth the extra cost.
My initial impression of the rotor is WOW...quality. Easily install with the right tools. I probably won't have to replace these rotors for a long time but when the time comes, I won't hesitate to buy again.
It's been 2500 miles since installation...still loving the stopping power not to mention the looks (awesome)."

"The Powerslots look great, but of course I got them for their stopping ability. My Liberty has 40k on it and the stock rotors were warped. I figured I might as well upgrade and with with the PS Cryos. They are not cheap and I rpobably could have gotten by with the regular ones, but these should last for a very long time and warping on this vehicle should not be an issue. Thanks"

"As I put on about 35k to 40k miles a year, I have a tendency to overheat and warp regular OEM rotors. I feel the slotted, cryogenically tempered PowerSlots are just the ticket. These and the Hawk brake pads are a cool combo. I had the boys at Dobbs install them and they were impressed. One note: Make sure you don't do the typical Break-In that the pads instruct. Go with the Instructions on the Rotors, then do the Pad Break-In. Now I have a new respect for my 2002 Acura CL. I was also glad I called in and spoke to a very helpful sales dude.
Thanks,
Frank in St. Louis MO"

"The Power Slot Cryo Rotors and Hawk LTS Brake Pads installed without problems after fighting off the old rotors and pads. The stopping at first was terrible, but one must follow the directions for breaking in the pads to rotors (don't be afraid - it has to be done at speed - 65+)and you'll be quite surprised how great the stopping becomes. I'm towing a 4300lb camper and 450lbs in truck bed, and was having trouble stopping with old brakes & rotors. The new setup works great with no fears of down hill stops or panic stops, and stopping is still inproving. Checked rotors and pads this week while doing oil change and they look like they did when installed new 3000 miles ago, and that after 2500 miles towing camper in New England, PEI, and Nova Scotia."

"These rotors are so new that I only have 80 miles on them but so far so good.
They are so much smoother and I like the clean unrusted cadmium look that they impart.
I expect good service from a high quality rotor that I see in these. I was told to check the runout agains factory specs which are in the ten thousandths of an inch, there was none! This is very true workmanship."

"I installed these on my Tundra with the Hawk HPS brake pads. The combination is a big improvement over the factory setup. The main improvement I attribute to the slotted rotors is greatly improved braking in the rain. Installation was easy, once I got the brake lines disconnected and the calipers removed.
One word of advice though: READ THE INSTRUCTION SHEET. At the bottom is a note instructing you not to perform the break-in procedure until the cadmium plating is worn off (10-20 miles). This conflicts with the brake pad instructions that tell you to perform several hard stops to burnish in the pads. I installed the parts and immediately did the break-in procedure, and the brakes felt HORRIBLE.
I finally saw the note on the rotor instructions, then pulled the pads out and saw they were glazed. This was probably from cramming the cadmium plating into them at high pressure and temperature! So, I broke the glaze with sandpaper and reinstalled the pads, and they have been great ever since."

Pull a 36' travel trailer loaded down and no more wondering if I can slow down or stop after downhill runs or panic stops.
