"The Hawk HPS pads are a huge improvement over my stock pads. The stopping distance has decreased dramatically with less effort. I would definitely recommend these pads to anyone looking to replace their current brake pads. Also the shipping on these was great as I received them in less than two days, with delivery on a Saturday."

"Overall, the HPS's were excellent. no squeaks, easy installation. Stops on the dime. The package came with everything that was needed for installation, minus the tools. One slight problem was that the civic si stock caliper shims did not fit snuggly over the HPS brake pads. Suggest to flatten shim flanges, apply adhesive behind the pad per instructions, fit the shim behind the brake pad, hammer/bend the flanges to capture the pad."

"unlike oem pads, hawk pads grip well, no noise, and barely anydust. with the new rotors installed and pads installed my breaking has increased by 20% or more. great upgrade without much installation or complications. would highly recommend them to anyone wanting more stopping power and worth the price."

"I had read reviews of these pads and most agree that the stopping ability outweighs the noise issue. I am hoping mine are getting better. There was a slight squeek at low speeds when I first put them on. Now it is sporatic after a week or so. Seems more often when they are hot. A good pad for the money, but they really should be able to solve the noise problem. Then halk would have a flawless pad! I will be listening to my breaks for a while..."

"I bought these for my daughter's Infinit FX35 because the new pads Infiniti had installed squealed so loudly that everyone turned to see what was making such a screeching noise. She was thoroughly embarrassed. The dealership said there was nothing mechanically wrong with the brakes so they would not help her. So far, the Hawk brakes are very quiet. I am thinking of installing a set on my own car."

well i think these brake pads are really great.they are really amazing. i use them as a daily driver, but every now and then i have to brake pretty hard. these break pads do what they are supposed to do, stop the car. i really recommend these and autoanything did a great job with my order. i got them 5days after placing the order and that's including sat and sun. although they are a bit more expensive here, they do offer free delivery. which is sweet!!!"

"This is the second set of Hawk HPS front brake pads which I've used on my 2006 Cadillac DTS. Performance of the first set was excellent in all respects. Pads were about 2/3 worn after 26,000 miles. Rotors were replaced at 61,000 miles with the second set of Hawk pads. After 2,000 miles, performance is excellent (no noise, good effectiveness level, no noticeable fade, no effectiveness loss wet). My driving is "spirited"."

"I have had them on the truck about two weeks now with no problems. I replaced the rotors and pads at the same time and the installation was fine no hangups with the install. The pads grip really well and don't squeek or leave any brake dust that I can tell yet. The one thing I noticed is the very second it comes to a complete stop I get a moan from them. It could be the new combination of rotors and pads and I am hoping that it is just break in. Otherwise performance from the pads has been great."

"I've replaced the stock Nissan pads at all 4 wheels with Hawk HPS. The brake dust is considerably reduced, although there is less initial "bite".
I followed the bed-in procedure on the box with good results. The brakes have remained quite and work well without replacing the stock rotors."
