Description

The HPS in Hawk HPS Brake Pads stands for high-performance street—top braking power for virtually any vehicle on the road. They’re the fusion of Hawk’s aerospace experience and high-end braking technology that exceeds all other performance brake pads on the market today.

Behind the extreme stopping power of Hawk HPS Brake Pads is their unique ferro-carbon compound material. This exclusive composite makes Hawk HPS Brake Pads 20-40% more powerful than standard pad replacements with less friction. It’s why Hawk Brake Pads have a higher resistance to brake fade, giving you more control when it matters most.

An ideal companion to performance rotors, Hawk HPS Brake Pads fit into your calipers just like a standard replacement—no extra hassles. They last longer and are easier on your rotors, too. Hawk HPS Brake Pads are also virtually noise-free for your comfort.

Start braking with authority today! Your Hawk HPS Brake Pads boast a Lifetime Warranty.

Hawk HPS Brake Pads

Posted on 09/26/2007 by Joseph C. - 2004 Infiniti FX35 (Ann Arbor,MI)

"The pads are very good. They were easy to install and the squeaking I had went away immediately. After 4-5 days however, I heard a little squeaking but nothing that is a bother so I presume that the brakes are still adjusting somewhat and will seat well. There is no fade when braking and I believe all is well."

What a great brake...pad.

Posted on 09/05/2007 by Stephen F. - 1998 Ford Explorer (Lakewood,CA)

"Installed the Hawk HPS brake pads on my Ford Explorer with just the stock rotors only and WHAT a difference I was able to tell. I was looking before for some new rotors, but I don't see any reason unless you tow and need more stopping power. P.S. GREAT service and shipping!"

Best brake pads for the money

Posted on 08/09/2007 by Douglas C. (Orlando,FL)

"These pads are a direct replacement for the shoddy OEMs on my G35 sedan as the OEMs emitted excessive brake dust on my wheels. The Hawks not only has equal or better biting power, but also emitted little to no brake dust. As far as daily driving, these brake pads are worth it for that function even though they are labeled as performance-based. Go get 'em!"

"I have a 2003 Pontiac Vibe GT with 4 wheel discs and 50k.The change in Braking performance is impressive the stock brakes where ok,but with theise Hawk pads you don't have to press on the brake pedel as hard and the car slows down fast and straight.I am going to try them on my 01 Tundra hope they work as well."
