"Bought and let local chevy dealer install rotors and red stuff pads from autoanything. They charged $120.00 to install on front whheels. I made sure they insalled shims for red stuff pads.Dramatic improvement over ac/delco oem factory rotors. My wife claims they work twice as good but realisticaly they do stop much better. If you are reading this BUY NOW. We had an 03 impala before the 04 and those rotors warped too, wish I knew about Brembo back then. The factory rotors on your impala will never work as good as Brembo's. The Brembo's and red stuff pads make the impala look more sporty too!"

"Thank you Autoanything. These were priced much cheaper from a well known company, but in the end you guys were able to price match them and deliver them to me sooner. The installation was straight forward. With proper break-in they work wonderfully. No squeels so far and brake dust is to a minimum. These rotors work great with Hawk HPS. I felt the immediate BITE I have log forgotten when my car was new. The probably perform as good as the oems, but they look much better. They should have came with my car as standard equipment. This is my 1st with the cross drilled from Brembo but certainly not my first brakes from them. In the past, I have owned the slotted with lousy experience. They were warped from the beginning and continued to get worse. The company I bought them from could not do anything for me. I was in the hole for $$$ and with crappy vibrations during braking. I hope this will not be the case for the crossdrilled. I also have the plain rotors and so far they are far more superior to the slotted."

Brembo rotors for 04 Tacoma Dbl Cab

Posted on 09/26/2007 by Matthew H. - 2004 Toyota Tacoma (Bend,OR)

11 of 13 people found the following review helpful.

"If your tired of your Taco rotors warping prematurely, try these. They have superp stopping ability and improved pedal feel. I went with EBC green pads which are grippy and stable under hard stops. I also recommend manually adjusting your rear brakes every 7000 to 10000 miles. I dont feel the auto adusters work the way they should which leaves the front to carry the load. As a result, they overheat and warp the rotors. You cant go wrong with the Brembo/EBC combo. M Hull/Bend,OR"

Posted on 08/30/2007 by Thomas P. (New Fairfield,CT)

4 of 5 people found the following review helpful.

"Only a few miles on the rotors but so far they seem to have a lot more power than the stock rotors, of course some of that is shared by the Hawk pads. I've not had to brake hard enough to see if they fade at all but I suspect not; the drilling should help them cool. Great service from AutoAnything, I'll definitely shop here again! Keep up the good work!"

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful.

"I really don't know if its just the rotors (Brembo cross drilled) or the Hawk HP Superduty Brake Pads, but it stops much better, smoother, and more consistently. The stopping compared to stock worn out stuff is a huge difference especially in brake fade as having this truck with 240K mi,,, it stops w/o fade now (even with a few thousand miles on the pads) and seems much more confident to tow with which I will do soon."

"Had bad luck with my first set of replacement rotors (warping), so after reading good reviews of Brembo rotors, went with sport drilled. So far so good, but only about 1000 miles on them. I'll update as the miles add up, but I'm very pleased at this point."

"So far, the drilled brakes work very well. I believe that they were the best choice and I would recommend them highly. At present I have ordered and am awaiting the rear set. Can't go wrong, and these are great for high speed driving. As I am here in Germany, I can get the best performance of these rotors. "Happy Motoring""

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful.

"They have been on my Maxima for 90 days now. It has better stopping ability than ever before. Shortly after installation, I had to apply ABS to avoid an accident. I don't think the OEM brakes would have stopped the car that quick. The only thing that I have noticed, and don't mind, is when the brakes are activated they are a little noisier than non drilled brakes."
