Description

Heat is the mortal enemy of your brake system. Every time you tap the pedal, friction sends the temperature of your discs sky-high. It's even worse during spirited driving, emergency halts, and stop-and-go traffic. Keeping your discs cool as cucumbers is essential for optimal braking performance, and that's exactly what your EBC Sport Rotors do.

The secret behind the EBC Sport Rotor's cooling powers is simple: wide-mouth slots. Like fans, these grooves draw air over the rotor's surface to chill the discs. Plus, dirt, grime and dust pass through these slots out to the rotor's edge. And, a cleaner rotor means you get even pad wear, extended durability, and better looks.

To block brake fade, your EBC Sport Brakes sport precision dimples. They breakdown brake gases for firm pedal response. What's more, the gold or black anodized-zinc coating fights off surface rust and adds Grand Prix-inspired style to your rotors. Backed by a 6-month/5,000 mile warranty.

"I love the product good. However, they do make noise. I bought the "Yellow Stuff" brake pads that go with them and they make some type of wind noise for my Scion Tc 07'. Does not bug me because all after market brakes and rotors do make noise. But overall great product would buy again."

"I have a 2004 Mercedes Benz E320, and I must say the installation for these rotors were quite easy. The rotors were shipped promptly and they arrived in individual boxes and were sealed appropriately. I recommend buying EBC Rotors for their quality and warranty."

"The item is fine, but the EBC website specs out the wrong P/N for my Ford Ranger 2001 4X4. I purchased the wrong part from one of your competitors, whose own data base matched EBC's. It cost me 20% restock fee (I had the item for more than 21 days) plus return shipping."

"The original rotors on my 2001 Accord warped after 30k miles and were replaced with EBC sport rotors at 45K. The EBC rotors went 100K miles before they warped because of having the slots wore out. I'm very satisfied with them which is why I purchased them again."

"I bought a set of rear EBC Sport Rotors. I have over 800miles on them now and I think they are very good. I was skeptical about buying these rotors over the more expensive Brembo rotors. I think I made a wise choice for my money. I do normal every day driving with the occasional getting on it. The rotors work great no noise, no grabbing feeling and very easy to install on my car. If your up in the air about what rotors you want to get give these a try. They even come turned for you."

"I bought these rotors along with EBC Ultimax brake pads. Everything fit fine (2001 Accord), brake disc retainer screw holes. I was disappointed to hear sueeky-ness about 70 miles into the brakes, but after about 150 all sound was gone... still no sign of sounds now at 310 miles. I think some sounds are to be expected while still in the 300 mile recommended "break in" period. I didn't notice a dramatic increase in stopping power, there was some increase in stopping power I noticed but not as dramatic as I thought. As far as the "air noise" warning, the paper with big scary red letters about some aero-plane sound your rotors will make. I've heard it, but it's not really noticeable under normal breaking, and sounds like a dull moaning sound under heavier, emergency type braking. I think if you're going to get these rotors expecting dramatic brake boost you should spend a little extra and get the EBC GreenStuff pads, I've heard good things, in combination with these rotors you should feel something."

"I installed E.B.C rotors with E.B.C Green stuff pads on the front of my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer, the total installation time was just under two hours and that included rotating the tires. The installation went on without a hitch everything fit perfect.I took the car for a road test and the brakes felt better than when the car was brand new,the instructions said to expect some noise for the first few hundred mile but there was not a peep or squeek from these brakes at all just great stopping power and total silence. Thanks Auto ANYTHING for carring such a great line of products,I have bought other items from you and am always very satisfied, just wish you carried spark plugs."
