Description

When you’re tearin’ up the streets in your high-powered auto, you need speedy brakes to avoid costly accidents. Arm your calipers with EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads for hair-trigger pedal response. These pads don’t wait around to sink their teeth into your rotors—they bite hard and hold fast for sure stops.

As soon as your foot touches the pedal, your EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads get to work. They’re specially designed to deliver serious grip from the moment they hit your rotors. Plus, they stay strong until you come to a halt or hit the gas.

Your EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads are as quiet as a mouse. Their beveled edges, shims and center-line slot muffle screeches, squeaks and whine. Not just quieter, these performance pads also make very little dust—about 30% less than stock pads.

Bedding is near instantaneous with your EBC Green Stuff Brake Pads. A unique Break-In surface coating makes your pads work strong right out the box. Covered by a 6-month/5,000 mile warranty.

"Installed pads on a 2004 Ram Hemi Sport. So far they are performing well. They installed easily and they have good bite. I am using them with upgraded slotted roters as well. After going through three other sets of pads I'm hopeing these will last for a while."

"I have only had the pads in for about 180 miles so far. They seem to work just fine on my 2002 Ford Ranger XLT along with the EBC front rotors. They just grab like nothing else that I have ever had on this truck for brakes. I give them a 10 out of 10."

"This things do bite harder than normal pads. They seem to wear the brake disk evenly and a lot faster than normal pads, so be watchful with daily drivers. Used them on 10 laps on the track (1.4 mile laps) and they worked really good for not being full race pads. Low dust too."

"I purchased EBC Green Stuff Pads along with Ultramax Slotted Rotors. They were super easy to install and I've been through the break in period of 300 miles and my S10 Stops on a Dime & Nine Cents Shoots Out! They are incredible. I got them to compinsate for 20" rims & tires with plans for a V8 upgrade in the future. I would recommend these to anyone I know! Fully Satisfied. -Ryan from Minnesota"

"After 3 weeks of use with the EBC Green Stuff brake pads I am very pleased with the results. Braking is so responsive. The only downside is a mild squeaking during hard braking. May be to early to critique. I'm hoping the pads are seating onto the rotor and the squeak diminishes with time. Again very pleased with product."

"Just replaced 1st set of EBC green stuff with my second set after about 50k miles. Brakes perform very wsell in all conditions. Recent EBC catalog only lists yellow and red stuff brakes for my car now...but was able to get the same part number I previously installed and still work fine."

"These pads appear to be higher quality than stock and came with shields attached. These pads were silent from the first moment they were installed and stopped very smoothly. They were VERY simple to install and fitted perfectly. There was excessive dust during break-in period, hopefully this will deminish. I have not executed any power stops yet so am not sure how they grab, but seem to be ready to do the job. One pad was missing wear warning, installed anyway."

"This is my second set of EBC Green Stuff Pads on my Lincoln Navigator. These are installed along with 22 inch wheels. They make a huge difference in the stopping power over the OEM pads. There is minimum brake dust and no squealing at all. Based on pass usuage with slotted rotors, the combination would be hard to beat without a complete brake upgrade kit. I highly recommend these pads and good set of rotors as an affordable upgrade."

"I've used OEM, Hawks, and now Green Stuff and I don't think I'll be going back to anything else. When they bite, they BITE. I've gotten a squeak once or twice, but after the break-in period I haven't gotten a peep outta them. They leave alot of brake dust in the beginning from the break-in coating, but that's not a problem for me since I clean my wheels like once or twice a week. So if your looking for an improvement in your stopping ability, you will not be disappointed by getting these."

"I installed these on my 1994 Lincoln Continental. I was not expecting any difference in stopping due to the size of the vehicle. Turns out with just a simple turning of the rotors, these pads are like velcro on the rotors. Just a light peddle drag will cause the the car rapidly lose momentum. I almost have to late brake everywhere so i dont have to let off the brakes before i come to a stop. These pads are great, i highly recommend them!!!"

"I've only had them on my SUV (2000 Merc Mountaineer) for about two weeks and a little more than 100 miles, but from the start they had way better bite than my previous brakes. Had a bit of a squeal for a few days but it disappeared after they seated. Nice and smooth now, and I barely have to tap on the brakes to come to a nice smooth stop ;)(Need to buy separate hardware kit though...)"

"I installed these pads with new sottted and cross drilled rotors an a 2005 Hyundai Elantra. After about 200 miles the pads seated. Be gentle on braking during those 1st 200 miles so as not to distort the rotors because of excessive heat. The pads have greatly improved the stopping power when used whith the rotors referenced. Now come the test of time, meaning lets see how the pads hold up with these rotors, will the pad be chewed up with theses rotors. I hope not, so far they are great. Yes there is allot of dust, I'll live with that for the greately improved stopping power."

"Great pads, stops faster than the cheap-o ones from the chain stores. Does have a lot of dust during the breakin period, I think it's from the settling paste though. Also does wear faster, but that's to be expected since they are softer than the cheap pads. I wish these things were cheaper"

"I first used EBC Green Stuff on my 1994 Miata. I was very impressed and routinely would scare the heck out of passengers with late and hard stops. When I first had a chance to change the brakes on my Jag XJ8 I, of course, used Green Stuff and was very happy. The next time I changed the brakes I went to a local auto parts store and got what I thought were pretty good quality brakes. Big mistake, which I will not again make."

"These are great break pads. I didn’t believe that they would actually perform better than stock yet they really do. They are on my 98 Tacoma, a vehicle I use for everything. To say I drive my vehicles hard is an understatement. I was experiencing break fade with the stock pads yet with these I don’t. You can actually feel them grabbing better or stopping better than the stock pads! They are worth every penny"
