I put these on the rear of my corvette 2010 after my hawk pads made terrible screeching noises. I haven't had any issues with these and haven't noticed a stopping power change.

I have 2007 escalade...can you tell me what's your best selling brake pad for this vehicle? I want one that is quiet.

Hello. For the best selling pads we offer are the EBC’s Green and Red Stuff. These Posi quiet pads are also very popular for vehicles being used as a “A to B” type of driving. Hope that helps and feel free to contact us with further questions.

Since these pads come with shims attached, do you also need to or should you apply anti-squeal paste to the backs of the pads?

When you say a pair, is that four pads 2 for each side or is it just 1 side.
Answered by Michael K. — May 16, 2012 2:15 PM
A pair means it includes all the pads needed for both wheels, front or rear. So, the front set of pads is a "pair" no matter how many pads that may include.

autozone duralast gold wore out my rotors in 10,000 miles. which of your pads are best for rotor wear?
Answered by Nathan S. — May 04, 2012 10:56 AM 1996 Dodge Dakota
The Posi Quiet Extended Wear Brake Pads are the best that we sell for truck applications. Just make sure your rotors are within manufacturer specifications and in good shape. Abnormal wear and rotors which have been turned on a brake lathe and are thinner than the factory limit will run hotter, which in turn will eat your pads.
