    Description

Birds of prey, especially the hawk, are famous for ultimate power and clean silent attacks. And, the same is true for brake pads of prey, especially Hawk pads. That’s why drivers looking for clean, quiet, powerful brake pad performance flock to Hawk—the Hawk OES Brake Pads.

These high-quality ceramic disc brake pads are designed to get the most out of your factory ABS brake system. By combining Hawk’s smooth engagement, elevated stopping power and optimal performance with a noise-dampening, low-dust formulation, they deliver ultra-quiet, super-clean talon-powerful performance.

The OES stands for Hawk’s original equipment service line of pads. They combine an OE-grade shim technology and noise dampening system, and they’re 100% slotted and chamfered just like factory pads. Only unlike factory replacements, these stoppers boast the legendary Hawk performance bite. And to back up the legend, Hawk backs up your OES Brake Pads with a Lifetime Warranty.

    Jeep Cherokee

Reviewed by William S (WRIGHTSVILLE BEACH, NC) Reviewed for a 1997 Jeep Cherokee — Tuesday at 8:21 PM

Just installed - pay attention to bed in procedure and make sure to execute properly. Once properly bedded I drove 300 miles and noticed increased breaking power throughout the trip. I have now gone a total of 500 miles on the new rotors and pads. They are great so far. Breaking is smooth and even, plenty of power, and no fade has been noticed. Hawk seems to be a great brand. Will update as time goes on.

Purchased these pads for my 2004 Civic, the pad is 1mm too thick for the caliper to cover it, so i ended up only replaced 1 pad on each brake and it still stop pretty soft..

I have used many different pads in the past I have been racing as a hobby since the 70's but in the 90's I switched to Hawk and they are by far the best pads ever, great stopping, simple break in and low brake dust
