when your replacing your brakes and rotor and everything is put back together except now you have to put the tire and lug nuts on, the question is the rotor suppose to be loose because it seems that has too much play in it
Answered by Nathan S. — Apr 18, 2013 5:18 PM
Hi, Brake rotors generally sit loose on the wheel hub with the tire/rim combo locking them down tight once the lug nuts are tightened. The exception are some vehicles with wheel bearings that ride inside of the brake rotor (rotor/hub assembly) with a large, center nut that keeps everything together.

The description notes "high temperature use". As a daily driver, are these components effective in stop-and-go driving where temperatures usually do not get very high?

Hi. Are these rotors any thicker than stock? Will they require longer wheel studs? Thanks!

Hi Stephen, these are designed to bolt right in place of your stock components. No mods or extras should be required.
