I ordered powerlsot rotors and Hawk ceramic pads to go on my 07 GMC Sierra with 50K miles. My rotors had grooves in them and would vibrate under heavy braking. After bedding the pads in they feel great. I actually don't know if the slots on the rotors help in breaking or even dissipate heat better than a stand rotor but at least they look cool. Hopefully this rotor and pad combo will last longer than the OEM setup.

Ordered a set of power slot rotors for my 2005 Z71 to rid my truck of it's warped rotors. Put them on with no frill brake pads and I am loving the difference. I never thought that just replacing my rotors with these power slots could make such a difference but it sure has. Very happy and will buy again.

I've owned 2 sets of Power Slot rotors (other set was on my 94 Honda Accord). They stop better than anything else I've ever used, especially when coupled with (PowerSlot's sister company) Hawk Performance Brake pads. I'm using Hawk's LTS series. Installation is fairly straightforward as long as your old rotors come off easy enough. Definitely recommend for the price and safety.
