We do a lot of high speed expressway driving and the stock GM pads and rotors just couldn't handle the stress. By no means were we looking for extreme performance parts. A friend recommended Hawk pads because it is what he uses for daily driving and for track days. These pads have not disappointed us yet. They grip far better than the OE pads, and haven't generated much dust after a few hundred miles. There is a small amount of noise under heavy/ emergency braking although. Great investment.

I've used Hawk HPS brake pads many times in the past on many different cars. They work well for spirited street driving. Dusting is quite excessive but I haven't found a good pad that doesn't dust. Gotta take to good with the bad.

I just put them on and so far I can't give them a good or bad review. But after about 50 miles the work ok haven't got a chance to see how they work at high speeds but believe me I'm working on it
