I've had these on my van for a few years now, they work well as replacement pads when used with the PowerSlot rotors. When they are new, they are slightly noisy, but after they break in for a few miles there is absolutely no problem with any noise. I'm using them on a Caravan that is way under-braked right from the factory. When I first installed them, I was stopping slightly short of the intended stop. That alone was enough evidence that they are way better than stock brakes. They do seem to wear out a little quick, but it's a minor price to pay for the improved performance. Overall I would have to highly recommend them to anyone that drives somewhat aggressive.
