Replaced original front rotors and pads 2 years ago at 125k with power slot cryo rotors and hawk lts pads. Noticed a slight increase in pedal pressure required to stop but no noise or other problems. The just purchased hawk lts pads were for the rear and replaced the original factory pads at 157k miles. These were used with the original rotors which were still in almost perfect shape. Used sand paper to scuff the rotors, went through hawks break in sequence and have had no problems.

The pads were shipped promptly and neatly packaged. Got a cool sticker too. Instalation was a breeze. I have nothing to say but good things about these pads. Will be purchasing a set for my Subaru Legacy GT. Just be sure to follow the proper break in technique as stated on box and you will not be dissapointed.

My recommendation for these pads stems not only from personal experience but also from the reviews given by countless Excursion owners on this forum: http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum29/ Excursions are plagued with brake vibrations and this pad addressed the issue by being rotor friendly. There is no reason not to purchase these pads.

I tow allot and these brake pads have been better than originals. No fade, only got 1,000 miles on them. We'll see how they do in longevity.
