I have 2005 Nissan Sentra se -R Spec V with brembo caliper. I bought hawk hp 5.0. Once I installed on my car was making to much noise with brand new stop tech rotors. Hawk brakes are good for racetrack only! not for normal use. it squeal a lot as normal driving. It's annoying! I ending finding ebc red stuff ceramic break this break are the best! I like how it leave the rotor clean and less dust. I recommend this break instead hawk brakes.

I bought these brake pads 5 months ago, and installed them along with existing factory nissan rotors (those already had 70kms). I decided last month to replace, using the recommended EBC Sport Rotors , and it is a disaster!!. The brake pads got this horrible sound so I took it to the mechanics. It turned out the brake pad is crumbling apart. THe mechanics says the pads are probably too soft for this rotor....who knows?!, I just followed the recommendation. I am very dissapointed. What a waste.
