Does what it states. Stops the truck much better than stock brakes, well worth the money.

Good towing brakes

Going from cheaper big-box store brakes to these brakes, I noticed a significant improvement. My F150 seems to stop almost as quick as my small passenger car. If you're towing loads, these are probably a good choice. I recently purchased my 2nd set (had my 1st set for 3 years (including salty winters) and 30k miles). Installation was simple and comes with grease, new hardware, new small plastic boots for the caliper slides, brake pads and brake rotors.

Read the instructions and had no problems installing the kit on my '97,F150,4x4. Once broken in, pedal feel improved vastly over what the truck came with. This is my second brake replacement using Brakestop. The first was on a 3/4 ton F250, 2003 diesel that had hotspots on the front rotors. Here again, no problems on installation and great performance afterwards. I would recommend Autoanything for their price and prompt service and Brakestop for their quality.

So far, so good

first impression: a very quality looking set of parts. includes many odds and ends that cheaper brands charge extra for (grease, pin bushings, all new and complete set of slides and clips). Install went smoothly and break-in was much smoother than other carbon ceramic pads that I have installed. I will now only purchase Power Stop brand brakes parts. I'm very impressed with that price vs performance compared to other high end brands. (complete kit only $80 more than Duralast)
