I was ok with the brakes on our 2004 F-150 Super Crew, but my wife test drives new and pre-production cars for a living and she started complaining about how soft and spongy our truck's brakes were compared to these new cars and trucks. I had already had stainless braided hoses on the 2004 Mercury Marauder I owned, and since it made a HUGE improvement on that car I decided to do the same for our F-150. The pedal is now much firmer and brakes respond quicker and stronger.

They fit. They installed easily. They look good. I did expect to feel a difference in braking or in the pedal, but nothing yet. Perhaps once I do a track day or autocross I'll see the difference, but I really installed them as a precaution.
