Hawk has great customer service

I received the pads quickly, however, the rear pads did not fit. I called Wellman/Hawk Products and informed them of the problem. A customer service rep (Kiko Chalupa)researched the issue and found out that the wrong product was listed on their web site. They immediately sent me the correct pads and a shipping label to send the wrong pads back. Great customer service. The pads are great and I will use them on all of my vehicles.
