Pads, rotors and shoes all look and feel like quality products. I ground a couple areas of the pads so that they fit perfectly and moved freely when installed which is why I gave a 4 in that area. I had had to do this for many brake jobs with many pad manufacturers so I believe this is common. Relatively easy to do and brakes stop and feel great. Truck us 13 yrs old and it brakes like new. I also bled brakes all around so I believe that helps with the pedal feel.
