Smooth and Confident

Reviewed By Sean P (Aurora, IL) Reviewed for a 1999 Dodge Intrepid —1/12/2009 9:32 AM

I purchased these rotors for just the front set for my 2000 Buick Park Avenue. They installed without a problem and fit perfectly. I also installed Hawk ceramic brake pads. This combination has created a very smooth braking that is deceptive. This may be due in part to how my individual car's brakng system is set up, but unless I slam on the brakes or really increase the pedal pressure, the car slows gently and is not jarred. Now, just this last week, I finally had to really step on the brakes and they definitely show a big improvement over the past rotors and stopped my car quickly but with no fuss like shuddering or undue vibrations. Just a quick, smooth stop.

I should've put these in sooner

The stock brakes/rotors on my Tacoma TRD Sport 4X4 have always seemed a bit "anemic". Installation was a breeze and the difference was noticeable immediately (and i'm not even through the brake-in period). I love 'em..thanks again!!

Stop hesitateing...

Reviewed By Christopher P (Abington, PA) —4/27/2015 4:43 AM

Just up graded my Black 14 Durango R/T. Brembo calipers, braided lines, EBC Rotors and Pads. Performance has been awesome. I drive like "that guy", at normal speeds these brakes stop 4500pound+ vehicle like it a wall. On turnpike with speeds north 140 no fade, vibration. Only grip....squealing for the first 100 miles or so. Spend the extra money...totally worth it.
