Top quality at a reasonable price!

Reviewed By James A (Marietta, GA) Reviewed for a 2007 Ford F-150 —7/15/2016 7:01 AM

Installed these on my Ford F-150 about three weeks ago, and am very happy with them so far. My old "bargain" rotors were badly warped and the pulsing when I stepped on the brake drove me crazy. The new ones, of course, stop smoothly, but they also stop more quickly--braking distance is noticeably reduced. I have had a set of these rotors on the rear wheels for two years and they still look new--not a speck of rust Anticipate the same great service from these.

Decent Rotors

These rotors are pretty decent. The surface polish, when new, is actually mat, like shown on the picture, unlike slippery shiny polish. The rotors come with L and R stickers, indicating left and right, but the grooves between surfaces are radial, therefor the direction is only the direction of holes and slits (which in my opinion is personal preference). The rotors (at least for my car) have additional hole for the screw to remove them when they are stuck to the hub - this usually comes handy.

Bought these rotors as my old one got bend and my brakes were pulsating like a crazy. To be honest, the only reason I've ordered these ones - I was looking for a rotors with directional vanes to get the best cooling for my brakes. The thing is the the picture here does not reflect the reality - in fact I've got radial "straight" vanes rotors... Was kind of disappointed and tried to see what are the ads says directional vanes specifically. It turned out that the only drilled rotors have direct. v
