I tend to do a lot of hard braking which caused a lot of heat buildup and consequently warping of the stock rotors hence the requirement for me to replace. After a fair amount of research the EBC seemed to be the best solution, I paired the rotors with the green pads and I have to she performance difference is quite evident. the only con is cost as to do all four wheels will cost about $1,000....but you get what you pay for and I am not disappointed..

I have powerslot rotors on three of my vehicles now. Installed on Ford Explorer along with Hawk pads about 30,000 miles ago. They are wearing very evenly with excellent stopping power and looks like they will last easily another 30,000+ miles. Just installed on Chrysler Crossfire with Hawks on front and Akebonos on rear. Still breaking in but car stops effortlessly with virtually no noise. Ready to install on Volvo XC90 with Akebonos f+r and expect the same great results!
