EBC Yellow Stuff Brake Pads Reviews

It's a review not Hemmingway

Reviewed By Christopher N (West Point, PA) Reviewed for a 1998 Ford F-150 —9/1/2015 3:17 AM

I have a 98 Supercab Longbed F150 with a cap. These are the only brakes I have put on the truck that stop the vehicle in any conditions without causing a code brown. They aren't cheap, they make a lot of dust, and they are bright yellow, but man do they work. They also wear kinda fast. I like to enjoy driving (drive it like you stole it) so I need a new set about once a year. Regardless of my criticisms, they are the only thing I trust to stop my truck.

Stopping power!

Reviewed By David L (Kirkland, WA) Reviewed for a 1997 Ford F-150 —8/11/2015 9:20 AM

I use EBC products on all my motorcycles, so using them on my truck was a no-brainer. Installation was a breeze, runout was within spec and bedding the pads is a simple process. I used the yellow pads by EBC with these rotors and I'm amazed with the stopping power this combination provides. No more "Oh c***!" moments when traffic suddenly comes to a halt when pulling my trailer. The noise from these rotors is minimal and not an issue whatsoever. Buy them!

They're All Green

Reviewed By William S (Littleton, CO) Reviewed for a 2007 Ford F-150 —4/21/2015 9:03 AM

This is the third set of Green Stuff. First time on the rears. Nice to have the same type and quality for front and rear. They do any outstanding job stopping my F-150. Used is conjunction with cross-drilled and slotted rotors it makes the F-150 stop like a Porsche. They a little quicker than I would like, but the ability to stop a pickup is far more important. They will be on this truck for life.
