StopTech Slotted Brake Rotors Reviews

StopTech Slotted Rotors

Purchased a full front set of StopTech rotors. OE rotors were shoot after 16,000 miles. After a good brake in procedure these brakes have very good bite and Good fade resistance. Braking is overall very quiet. Please note that the areas in which the pads do not touch on the Rotors do seem rust fast. Wish the black coating covered all of the surfaces that the pads do not make contact with. Black slots would be far better than rust colored.

Great upgrade

Reviewed By Michael V (NAPERVILLE, IL) Reviewed for a 2013 Ford F-150 —10/28/2015 11:44 AM

Like many reviews, my OEM rotors were warped and with 305/55/20's on my truck, stopping was not its strong suit. About 1 hour worth of work and these beauties were on and working better just like reviews before. I had a panic stop about 1 week after installing due to a distracted driver and without these new rotors I don't believe the F150 would have stayed blemish free.

Exactly what I needed

Reviewed By Kodie F (Naples, FL) Reviewed for a 2011 Ford F-150 —7/10/2015 4:01 AM

Shipping was fast and on time as always when ordering from Autoanything. Have only had the rotors on my truck for 2 weeks, but they seem to be great. I replaced my front stock rotors and brakes with these rotors and posi-quiet brake pads and that combination seems to be great. No squeals or vibrations, just perfect stops. I also like the fact that these do not seem to be able to rust like the stock rotors. Only time will tell though.
