EBC Sport Rotors

Reviewed By James G (Hughesville, MD) Reviewed for a 2003 Ford F-150 —10/23/2010 8:50 AM

I installed front and rear EBC rotors on my F-150 Ford Crewcab in the hopes it would improve braking distances. I combined EBC greenstuff supreme pads in front along with SS Brakelines. In the rear I went with standard greenstuff pads. Straight forward installation w/rotors and pads. First trip to W Virginia I was still experiencing brake fade so I adjusted my technique to "stabbing" at the brake pedal to reduce heat build up. Seems to be effective. Everyday driving reveals that the rotor/pads live up to the hype. STRONG BRAKES! I have 31.5 inch tires and a 6 inch lift. GVW is 6800 lbs. The EBC rotor/pad combo brings the vehicle to a smooth stop, everytime. I would recommend these products to anyone who has increased the size of their tire/rim over stock. Good Product! Power Stop Cross Drilled and Slotted Rotors Reviews

Reviewed By Gerry A (CHINO HILLS, CA) Reviewed for a 2007 Ford F-150 —1/4/2015 8:44 PM

I purchased these for my 07 Ford F150. The orig. brakes, while adequate, did not give me confidence that I could stop quickly when driving at fwy speeds(especially because here in So Cal seem to like to cut you off then brake hard because traffic in front of them comes to a grinding halt). I've tried different pad types (w/stock rotors)with no success. I figured I'd give the Power Stop drilled/slotted rotors and with stock pads, braking has improved at around 10%(maybe more)!
