Price point

These were a few dollars cheaper then the hawk pads next time I'll try the hawk padd or the yellow stuff. Initial bite isn't as good as stock but overall stopping seems solid but with a lot less dust then factory so far trade off I had my stocks for 40000 so hopefully these get more but time will tell

Posi Quiet Ceramic Brake Pads Reviews

They really are quiet!

Reviewed By Vlad G (Ridgeland, MS) Reviewed for a 2009 Ford Focus —6/5/2016 9:15 AM

Installation was somewhat a pain in the butt due to the fact that there was a clip on the pad that didn't want to stay in, but that's most likely just my car, seeing as others had no issue with it. I got the new brake pads because my old ones were cheap and squeaked constantly. It was driving me nuts. The Posi brake pads were shipped quickly and once installed, worked absolutely great. My car stops smoolthly now without pulsating or squeaking.

Nice improvement over stock

Reviewed By Thomas D (PHOENIX, AZ) Reviewed for a 2012 Ford Focus —4/19/2016 6:41 AM

I recently replaced the stock brakes on my Focus with those from a ST. I also replaced the lines and fluid. I was fairly disappointed when using my stock pads. The EBC yellow stuff pads were the last piece of the puzzle. The bedding process is different than other pads. And the break in coating makes lots of dust. There's also a bit of noise under light braking. I haven't fully broken them in so its possible that goes away. I now have more braking capability than power or suspension.
